Dear Parent:

Thanks for participating as a volunteer in the P.A.R.T.Y. Program; we hope your day was insightful.   As a parent we know you have a unique perspective and therefore we would like your feedback on the day.  We will use this information to make the program more effective.

Even if you were not able to attend the P.A.R.T.Y. Program with your teen, we would love to hear your feedback.  As parents, you are our eyes and our ears to your teens.  Please share with us any changes in choices or behaviour you may have noticed in your teen after they attend a P.A.R.T.Y. Program session.
