Application to Attend P.A.R.T.Y. Program

 

  • P.A.R.T.Y. Program Calgary operates Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during the school year.
  • Please take into account early dismissal days, and PD dates when submitting requests.
  • Rural and Private Schools should include specific school holiday dates e.g. Teachers convention & spring break.
  • The P.A.R.T.Y. In-Hospital session is a 6 hour version for up to 55 students.
  • The P.A.R.T.Y. In-School session is a 2 hour, 15 minute condensed version, delivered at your school for students not accommodated in the In-Hospital program.

  • Final date to submit your application for the next school year is March 1st.
  • Schools with a Grade 9 student population of over 200 are invited to apply for two (2) In-Hospital sessions
  • P.A.R.T.Y. Program dates are assigned based on compliance with program requirements, and date availability.
  • You will receive email confirmation of your date once our process is complete.
  • If you do not receive confirmation by early May, please email us at info@partyprogram.org.
  • Completing Student Pre-P.A.R.T.Y. and Student Post-P.A.R.T.Y. Surveys (for schools attending October through February), and the smart risk activities (for all schools) is a requirement for booking a P.A.R.T.Y. session in the following year.
  • Schools that cancel their scheduled P.A.R.T.Y. program session with less than 3 weeks notice will have their application for the following year wait listed.
